Diversifying the STEM Teacher Pipeline Virtual Conference
- October 27 2-4:30pm ET
One of our 2020 Project Teams, Diversifying the STEM Teacher Pipeline, will be hosting a virtual conference, Diversifying the STEM Teacher Pipeline: Using an Equity Lens to Address Marketing, Financial, and Selection Challenges to provide an opportunity for organizations committed to teacher recruitment, preparation, and retention to come together and exchange ideas.
The event will feature opening remarks by Dr. Roy Jones of Clemson University’s Call Me MISTER® Program, followed by equity-focused sessions led by field experts in three focus areas: marketing, financial challenges, and biases in recruitment and selection.
100Kin10 Network Impact Survey
- October 14–29
It’s hard to believe that we’re already at the end of 2020 and heading towards the final year of our initial ten-year goal. As we look to 2021 and beyond, we are eager to celebrate all that we have accomplished together by telling the stories of your many achievements and painting the picture of the network’s shared success.
We are hoping that you’ll consider spending five minutes telling us how being a part of 100Kin10 has impacted your organization’s STEM teaching and learning work. Your responses to this survey will help us share how the network has changed your work — and ultimately, benefited students and teachers across the country.
